High-quality magnets are the core of our rotor assemblies, arranged in optimized Halbach array configurations to maximize magnetic flux density and uniformity. This magnetic roller is an integrated permanent magnet roller assembly with precision quenched steel shaft, high-performance embedded permanent magnets and wear-resistant black outer coating. With steady magnetic adsorption from internal magnets, it is widely installed on magnetic separators and paper band filters to capture iron scraps and metallic powder from industrial coolant liquid.

This permanent magnet rotor is an inner-magnet rotor assembly with precision stepped quenched steel shaft. Its rotor body is wrapped with anti-corrosion black coating and embedded with high-performance sintered NdFeB magnets. It is widely applied in miniature motors, pump motors and magnetic transmission devices, delivering steady magnetic field for high-efficiency motor operation or non-contact power transmission via magnetic coupling.

It is an integrated injection-molded rotor with glass fiber reinforced plastic shaft and outer plastic-bonded permanent magnet. Bonded ferrite or NdFeB magnet is overmolded on the modified PA shaft, widely used in drinking water pumps, mini circulation pumps and household appliance motors. Integrated forming ensures tight combination between magnet and shaft for magnetic-driven impeller operation.
