Rotor Assemblies

High-quality magnets are the core of our rotor assemblies, arranged in optimized Halbach array configurations to maximize magnetic flux density and uniformity. Through precise magnetic field simulation, we ensure ideal magnet placement to minimize stray fields, reduce cogging torque, and deliver consistent performance. This application enhances power density, improves efficiency, and ensures smooth, stable rotation, making our assemblies ideal for high-speed motors, precision actuators, and demanding motion control systems.

 

This integrated-shaft interior permanent magnet rotor is integrally formed with precisely machined metal shaft and built-in NdFeB magnetic ring, wrapped with an outer insulating protective coating to isolate magnets from external surroundings and greatly cut eddy current loss during motor operation.

The rotor boasts superior coaxiality and dynamic balance accuracy to deliver low vibration and noise at high rotating speeds, with customizable shaft specifications, magnet pole counts, outer diameter and thickness to match various micro drive motors such as miniature brushless water pumps, sweeping robots, portable household appliances and small industrial servo equipment.


This segmented surface-mounted permanent magnet rotor acts as the core magnetic component of outer rotor brushless motors, bonded by precisely machined metal ring base and multiple arc-shaped NdFeB magnets.

The magnets are treated with multi-layer Ni-Cu-Ni electroplating for corrosion resistance, and the segmented layout can effectively reduce eddy current loss, stabilize magnetic field output and prevent high-temperature demagnetization during high-speed motor operation.

The rotor features outstanding concentricity and dynamic balance accuracy for lower vibration and noise, with customizable inner & outer diameter, thickness, pole number and other dimensional parameters, widely applied to new energy vehicle motors, servo drive motors, industrial fans, UAVs and high-speed household brushless power motors.


This integrated injection-molded permanent magnet rotor takes high-performance sintered NdFeB magnetic ring as magnetic core, fully wrapped by engineering plastic through integral injection molding and combined with wear-resistant ceramic transmission shaft.

It completely isolates magnets from direct contact with medium to resist corrosion of water, acid and alkali liquid and greatly reduce eddy current loss during high-speed motor operation.

The rotor features stable dynamic balance and coaxiality accuracy with low operating noise and long wear-resistant service life, customizable outer diameter, magnetic pole pairs and ceramic shaft dimensions, widely used in liquid conveying brushless motors such as miniature brushless water pumps, drinking water circulation pumps, medical equipment liquid pumps and small water purification devices.
